Audi A3 wins Retouchs and Engine 1.0 turbo in the European version

Audi showed this Wednesday (6) News for all versions of A3. In addition to lightweight visual changes abroad, technological equipments appear for the first time in the compact segment of the German brand.

Even as optional, the Audi's input cars can be equipped as the fully digital dashboard and "intelligent" LED headlights, for example.

In the mechanical part, the highlight goes to the unprecedented adoption of the 3-cylinder engine 1.0 turbo, which develops 115 horsepower on A3.

Over there, it can also be purchased with two other gasoline options and three other diesels. The restylized models begin to be delivered in Europe from the second semester.

In Brazil, Audi produces the sedan versions of A3, with engines 1.4 and 2.0 TFSI-others are imported. There is still no expectation when the change will come to the national market.

More technology

After being launched in the sporting TT, the digital instrument panel has 12.3 inch TFT screen, which can be configured as the driver's taste, to display the traditional information or then navigation and entertainment data.

Also for the first time, the A3 can be equipped with congestion assistant, which works alongside adaptive cruise control, to walk practically alone in case of traffic stopped.
